Athletic Therapy

Abigail Sagun is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) who graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology – Athletic Therapy. During her clinical training, she worked with the University of Manitoba Bisons Football team and completed placements in the Bisons Athletic Therapy Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience assessing, treating, and rehabilitating a wide range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.

Abby is trained in a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, including soft tissue massage and release techniques, exercise rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy. She believes in providing individualized care that addresses the root cause of an injury while helping clients build strength, restore function, and confidently return to sport, work, and everyday activities.
